Greens, herbed seasoned mini mozzarella balls, fresh local basil, mini garden tomatoes, balsamic reduction glaze.

Caesar

Romaine, shredded parmesan reggiano, organic croutons, creamy Caesar dressing. 

Vermonter

Greens, creamy and tangy goat cheese, walnuts, our Apple Cider Vinaigrette.

Southwestern

chopped Romaine, corn, black beans, shredded Monterey Jack cheese, tortilla strips and our Salsa Ranch dressing.

The Lemon

Greens, marinated artichoke, crushed pistachios, parmesan, sliced red onion, olives, our Lemon Vinaigrette.

Honey Ginger

Greens, slivered almonds, mandarin oranges, sesame seeds, crispy wonton strips, fresh cilantro, our Honey Ginger dressing.

Gardener

Greens, grape tomatoes, carrots, peppers, cucumbers, red onion, our Lemon Vinaigrette.

The Chopped Wedge

Crisp Iceberg, applewood smoked bacon, tomato, and bleu cheese crumbles; all chopped and tossed in creamy Ranch dressing.

Green Gorgonzola

Greens, candied walnuts, fig slices, and Gorgonzola cheese crumbles with our Balsamic Vinaigrette.

Our incredible homemade alfredo sauce. Your choice of pasta and additions. We like to suggest broccoli and grilled chicken.

Our slow simmered Bolognese sauce on top of your choice of pasta. we suggest penne or rotini.

Mac & Cheese

Our baked elbows smothered in our creamy homemade cheese sauce. Baked to Perfection!

Lemon Spaghetti

A balance of citrusy brightness in this lemon infused spaghetti dish with marinated artichokes, sauteed kale and splash of white wine.

Momma’s Lasgana

Layers of meat sauce, whipped ricotta, shredded mozzarella, sweet red tomato sauce and noodles

Orzo

Orzo tossed with chopped veggies, extra virgin olive oil, balsamic glaze, and fresh herbs. Also available gluten free!

Tortellini Salad

Served cold. A three cheese stuffed tortellini dish with a unique twist! We pair crisp snap peas, sweet maple vinaigrette and vibrant red grapes to strike a perfect balance of sweet and savory.

Flank Steak

8 hour marinated steak, seared and finished with an herby chimichurri drizzle on top.

Mezcal Chicken

24-hour tequila and lime marinated chicken breast or thigh. We cast iron sear then bake. Served with a mezcal lime cotija cheese sauce. Think smokey finish! We suggest serving with our Mexican rice.

Red Wine Braised Short Ribs

Rich and fork tender short ribs cooked in a robust red wine reduction sauce resulting in a melt in your mouth dish.

Seared Scallops

Velvety white wine butter sauce served over seared scallops adorned with a medley of fresh garden herbs. Our favorite way to serve the scallops are over a bed of pearl couscous to elevate the texture and delight of the dish.

Stuffed Peppers South of the Boarder Style

A whole pepper stuff with beef, tomato sauce, cheddar, peppers and onions. Italian version also available.

Thai Chicken and Rice

Chicken roasted then cut into bite size pieces, mixed with veggies stewed in a Thai sauce, served over rice. Topped with fresh garden herbs, chopped peanuts and lime.
